Members are asked to declare any interests in the items under consideration and in doing so state:
(1) whether the interest is personal or prejudicial; and

To consider the attached report, proposing a delegation of the power to act as a responsible authority on behalf of the Licensing Authority.

To receive an update on licences considered, dealt with and appealed.

| 5. | LICENSING ENFORCEMENT UPDATE
To receive a presentation on the work of the Licensing Enforcement Team.
